Policies
The following terms and conditions must be agreed upon by all guests of BRAfree Weekend.

 
Check in/Check out

• Stays are from Thursday 12:00 p.m. until Sunday 2:00 p.m.
• Extra days can be arranged for $50/per person including sales tax. (Must have at least 6 people for extra days)
• There is no discounted price given for stays from Friday to Sunday.

 
Reservations/Deposits

• A $50 per person deposit is required to reserve your space.
• The deposit is due at the time of the reservation.
• Each group must have a hostess to fill the reserved spots. It is up to the hostess to pay for the number of guests in the reservation.
• Balance of payment is due at least 30 days prior to your scheduled reservation. If the balance is not received 30 days prior to the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
• If you cancel your reservation with less than 60 days notice, your deposit will be forfeited unless a replacement group of the same size can be found. If a replacement group of the same size is found, your deposit will be returned or can be applied to a future retreat date.
• Reservations cancelled 90 days before the scheduled weekend are eligible for a full refund of any money paid.
• If you have paid your balance in full but cancel within 30 days, your payment cannot be refunded but can be applied to a future retreat.
• Any individual cancellation (part of a group or a single) with less than 30 days notice will receive 50% refund only if we are able to find a replacement. If the hostess or BRAfree Weekend is unable to find a replacement, no refund will be given.

 
Payment

• We accept Visa, MasterCard or personal checks.
• Checks should be made out to Cheryl Darrow.
• A $30 return check fee will be assessed when a check is not paid by the bank on which it is drawn.

 
Damages and Repairs

• Normal wear and tear is expected, however, excessive damage to the house and it's contents or property will be reported to your immediately and repair or replacement cost will be the hostess' responsibility. An itemized list along with pictures of the damage will be forwarded to the hostess and reimbursement will be expected immediately.
• If anything gets broken, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it immediately.
• Contact us immediately if there are problems with the plumbing, air conditioner, heater or appliances.
• Nothing should be flushed down the toilets except toilet paper.
• We expect everyone to treat this retreat as if they were at their Grandma's house and Grandma gets really bitchy if you break anything or leave it a mess!

 
Other

• BRAfree Weekend is not responsible for theft or loss.
• The retreat is a smoke free facility. All smoking must occur outside. We will charge the hostess extra for fumigation.
• The retreat is also a candle free facility. Don't burn them.
• No pets at all.

• Cancellation Policy: If a person is unable to attend, their deposit can be transferred to another person for that weekend only. If you choose to cancel 59 days or less before the reservation, you will not receive your non-refundable deposit. If you cancel up to 60 days prior to your reservation, you will receive the deposit back.

 
This house is being offered without a meal package. Guests are encouraged to bring their own meals, snacks or drinks. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook. Coffee and tea are provided along with chocolate treats. There will be a list of all local restaurants and which ones deliver.
